I love those fun beads Gay!

I've been making some silver lined charm beads, dahlias and flower beads recently.

Fantastic dogs and beautiful flower beads!

I finally cut and polished the slice from the orange blob I made last month. I only managed 3 layers and my photography leaves a lot to be desired, but I'm happy with it as an experiment.

A few more... I've been working on stamen cane for a little while now. Each of these flowers have dozens of stamina (stamens?) in their center:

I can't remember if I've shown these before or not:

I don't recall seeing these before, and they are lovely as usual.

I haven't had much time at the torch lately, but I have finally started sorting out photos from a couple of months ago.
The main thing to report is that I have finally managed to produce something that looks recognisably like a petal bead. These are all my attempts so far; the bead in question is the smallish purple one in the middle (the one on the right then went a bit collapsey after I got too
ambitious). Helen G has nothing to fear from me, but I am feeling quite pleased with myself.

I've made a few beads.
The man's face was an experiment with glassline paints. I don't think I'll be using them for this again.

I can't believe I'm having to start a new week. This is all GoodMonkey's fault. I saw her avatar and thought of this, I was so tired after that I couldn't think what to put around all the blank white space. Maybe another time I'll plan ahead and put some leaves.
