I do love your headpins Linda!  I've had the bits and pieces for making some for a while - I think it's time I stopped my current addiction to making cabochons and tried making something new  ::)

Speaking of cabochons, two of my favourites from the past week or two:

I just had to try the bubble thing so I bought the bicarbonate of soda yesterday and here are my Experiments. I found I like the small Bubbles the best, and so of course found those most difficult to make. But 'I think heat the bead With the bicarb on it before encasing will help keeping the Bubbles small?
Funny how I, when encasing, still tried to encase without trapping air... you know... to avoid Bubbles.....



How safe are beads like this, will they crack easier?

I need to go find the naughty step as I have seriously neglected Frit happens for aaaaages! Well one of my new year resolutions was to try to contribute here a little more often this year so here I am. Yesterday was very grey here and my beads turned out grey too which is usual for me as those that know me will know I love colour!
