Sorry to hog, but this is the story of all my free time for the last 3 months.

I am over the moon and just a bit proud of myself - I did it all myself, except I had help building the shed and got an electrician in to do the wiring!  ;D

First 3 pictures are "Before" - our conservatory, which is now our dining room again!!

Here is mine. Hope I done it ok.

This is just half of my studio, the other half is my fusing half and behind me is my top loader kiln.

Hi,
Here's mine, barely used as yet.
I'm plucking up courage to batch anneal my first set of beads.
When I say beads, I really mean glass blobs on sticks....

I have spent the past three months using a small room in parent's basement in France after getting a HH from mum for crimbo (I got it early in case you are questioning my numerical awareness) and I have just this week come back to my little cottage in Suffolk and this is my new set up - hence why it is so clean and tidy!!!

I'm just not willing to start up the torch again until I get my fire extinguisher tomorrow as the entire room is covered in woodchip wallpaper and I'm not too sure how I would explain this to the landlord should me and all my ikea flatpack studio (oh yeah baby) go up in smoke  :o

Well at the moment mine is very untidy as this is a busy month for shows, but here is a couple of pictures of my working spaces.

I thought it was about time,  now that i'm more or less up and running again, that i put some photos of my new workshop and the view from my window  here on the forum.  My big kiln for fusing is in my garage but here is  where i do all my lampwork (i often put the jewellery together in the kitchen whilst watching the telly :))  It's really peaceful up there, except when my OH comes looking for me.......  You can see my veg plot below it, all the rain has turned it into a jungle and i now know a 101 ways to prepare courgettes!

I made myself some glass rod storage this week.

Its a metal storage basket from Staples which cost around £6.00 with two lengths of 25mm tubing and one length of 15mm tubing cut to lengths to fit

With glass added (still needs a bit of re-arranging.

I think I need to sort the glass into colour groups at bit better.
