Is there a door to Narnia as well? Oh and a kitchen? I think i'll move in. You'd never find me anyway, the rooms far too large :P

Thanks, I know that I'm lucky, heating and everything, yay!  The linen press, I bought recently at a local antique shop, which sells all their stuff off cheaply and delivers for free.  Got it for a really good price £220, the ones I've seen online are £1000+.   It is so cool, the shelves come out and you can lock up the glass, which my husband likes, since my son brought home some friends and (even though they were warned not to touch the dangerous glass) one decided to see what sound glass rods made when you use them as drum sticks......smash!  Teenage boys.

so cool to see everyone's little (and much bigger!) glassy places! xx

Your storage looks really well organised.  I have just started trying to tidy my stuff up a bit, have to tidy everything away before people come round for New Years Eve.

Now mine is up and running thought I would show it.  It is set up in an old outbuilding, very draughty and only just water tight!  The orginal building is stone and cob so probably originates about the same time as the house (1600's). It has a very high ceiling, so with this and the big 8 foot wide double doors on two sides should provide sufficient ventilation, although might have to think about things when I get onto silver glass.

Wow ! All that space !!!! I know it must get chilly in the winter, but oh how lucky are you ! ;D

Ooh, lots of potential, make a great party barn, jewellery studio, shop, even make a nice house (best views from here).  Sadly it isn't our's and our lovely Landlord just refuses to sell to us, but I am working on it!  When we took on this place the barn that I have taken over wasn't strictly included in the rent, but he doesn't seem to mind us using it and I did check about the studio with him, he even found me the piece of steel and put in new electrics for me, without me asking! :)

JKC

Nice landlord.

Lotti , your space is amazing, but I like having heating, wimpy from Nairn.  Tried to go in without heating the room and couldn't make beads for shaking.  For all of you who bead in winter with no heating in these temperatures, I have great admiration for your determination.

Bit of a hog but I am over the moon with what my hubby has made just for me and my beads.

It is not finished just yet but I could not wait any longer .

That is a lovely space for you to work in.  You'll be making some pink beads I imagine!   Pris

I am waiting for glitter ball to turn up and he has to put pink fairy lights up yet.

I have gone overboard but the space is all mine so as we have to share when we live with someone. I wanted something all for me and try some colour see if what I liked in my head would come out and look right. I am not a pink person really but when I got the pink kiln I knew I had a great colour to work with.

I am really overjoyed with what he can do . And the fact he specially thought of me when he had to fit the Pink Rubber at a club was ever so touching . So he made sure he had enough left .  ;D ;D ;D
