Madam Steph

I love those lentils, Rase.

I also posted these on the Monthly Colour Challenge:

It's my first go at sugared beads. I made them with Vicki Veebees frit. For those who make them, should I have flashed them through the flame a tad less and left them more 'sugary'?

made these this morning, for those that know Cornwall, the Lizard, my inspiration was a fabulous mineral found there called Serpentine, its very variable - greens reds into blues with a grey, green brown base. I have bits of it in all shades at home and love it

My Trouty friend has now shown me how to upload photos (thank you Trout :-*) So, here is a photo of a bead I made yesterday. I spent a fab day with the very lovely Helen G a couple of weeks ago and have been practising floral beads in a hope to one day be as good as Helen is! I wasn't sure if it would work in these colours but wanted it to go with an outfit so went for it, and was rather pleased with the outcome :D More practice is def. required as there are a couple of bubbles in my encasing and the flowers are FAR from perfect so..........P P P!

I don't get to post here as often as I'd like, but each and every week your beads really blow me away.

And I'm sorry, it's all or nothing for me at the moment, no torching for about 3 weeks and suddenly I get 3 goes on the torch in one week. So please excuse the hog.

My nephew had a baby, or his partner did, so I put little Liam's name and birthdate onto BHBs, all I need to do is remember to take them over.

It's just as well the boys are at school/nursery, every time I look in here I think, "Oooh, I wonder if I could..?" and I rush back out to my torch and try again.

A couple of pictures of yesterday's work.  Aren't we lucky to have a sunny day today!
