Lovely offerings again so far this week guys.... Ciel those greens are absolutely gorgeous and Red Dragon - got some spanking pinks out of that silver glass!

A few from me...  I've been playing around with character murrini from Tuffnells - getting addicted to it now!   its such a buzz when you manage to encase without smearing the stuff all over the place!!!

Still addicted to making silver glass twisties....

And these are silver wire and leaf, plus a bit of this and that.....

Sorry for the hog.... :-[

helbels

Wow, all smashing so far, but particularly like the green set from Ciel and the Toucan from Rachel.

I decided to do something different this week, so I made some focals (not often I do focals).  But it did me good and I was pleased with the results:

Everyone always produces such lovely beads, I'm normally too embarrassed to put anything up here, I look and walk way telling myself I must try harder, or at least spend some time in the studio, that might help!

So, I've stuck to what I know best and made a few Goddess Beads to get back into things... Hope you like them.

The Peach Goddess made me smile, it looks like she has sat too close to the torch and burnt her chest... it's just the way fate played a hand with the Frit!  (he he he... Frit happens!!)

And the lovely Ginger... well her back anyway, I just wish I looked like that from behind!

I very rarely post in the gallery, but enjoy looking every week at all the beautiful beads and see that this week is no exception!
I've been making some equine (!) beads, for Mountains Animal Sanctuary near Forfar, to help them raise funds to look after all their horses and ponies. Excuse my usual poor photography! Here's a few dodgy donkeys.....

Hee, donkeys! I love the amber hollows.

Helbels: those are gorgeous!

A couple of things:

The middle two lentils are psyche on tongue pink striking terracotta. You can see the difference in striking!
