Lush!

Fabulous Kathy - I can only imagine how much prettier they must be in real life because I was about to comment on the fab photo!

They're coming along nicely Edi, nice colours too.

I've been playing with lots of techniques with silver foil, I even used up some Stormed stringers in these little odd beads

Beautiful Kathy, I always drool at your florals :)
Love those red and Ivory's Edi  :)
Gorgeous effects you've achieved with your silver foil Julie.... beautiful....more drooling :)

I have a few pics to share, treated myself to a key mandrel and picked up these whopping skeleton keys at a carboot

My first star beads, the spikey star was supposed to be my first attempt but I was too scared to take the plunge so pulled them to make them pointy...then told myself not to be so soft and get on with it  ;)

Some more matrix beads, dark ivory with silver leaf and dark aqua, then with teal, purple and clear which had a bit of a reaction

:)

Kathy, you have been busy lately! Nice beads - and so great start of the week all the others too!

A pressed set:

Maija-Leena

Josephine

Some beautiful work here. My particular favourites are those from Julie, Jaq, Janey and Kathy. I love the colours in that last set Kathy.

Here is a large lentil focal from me.

Kaz

I had a productive week!
Lots more storming! Here are some examples:

Some imperfect lentils  :(

A couple of lentils I am really pleased with

And some hearts (before I have to give this press back to its rightful owner!)

Sorry for the hog!

She's made of real glass. She got real real emotion. But my heart laughs I have that same sweet devotion!

Amber

Wow, looks like it's a silver glass week...everything's gorgeous! I'm particularly loving Josephine's lentil though - just stunning!  :o

I was very disappointed with this bead as I put it in the vermiculite, as it's nothing like I intended. But when I looked at it later, I thought that it was actually pretty cool!  8) :D

Hil

Fab beads everyone - dare I share mine?....

I had a big order for big hole beads, 6 sets of 5.

These are my favourites

Excuse the irritating bit of leaf on this next one!!

And this is the whole order!

Sarah

I'm still storming - I do have some non storm beads (calm beads?) but need to sort out my photography first.

I've made this necklace for a friend - its vetrofond aqua (I love this colour) with picasso & various stages of stormed taxco.

I'll find out if she likes it tomorrow  ???

And two focals - stormed taxco and rembrandt over picasso and ivory

pixiewillow

there are sooooooooooo many lovelies on here I can't comment on them all as I am bound to miss someone out  ::)

I haven't had chance to make any "new" beads as I've had commissions on this week.
Heres one that I am quite proud of! They are teeny weeny measuring just under 10mm.
The unfortunate thing with super macro is that it shows up all the tiny flaws ughhh but they look quite nice in hand!! honest!

Fiona, what gorgeous beads,  ;D Beautiful colours, like Julie I look at mine sometimes and think how dull they are, need some colour, yours are beautiful, well done.

I haven't posted for ages, but I am feeling a bit better so here are a few from me

First I am working on two commisions for an elephant and a polar bear, haven't attempted the bear yet and this is my third attempt at an elephant, I will get it right eventually - got till Xmas.
