Here's my beadies for this week, hope to be getting more torch time now the summer rush is over.

Some more floral cabs, the contrast is better on a dark background.

Have managed to get some flowers out of cane that I thought was too small to be of use, you can just about see one of them I think.

I tried the frit twisties, oh dear...but I did have one success. Last week I was trying to make a palette of rainbow colours by hand mixing transparents and opaques with enamels, and in the case of the opaques, with each other. What do you think? The purple was the weak link, so stubborn!

NB. Do not touch hot rods of glass, it is stupid.

I love the sheep Sally - what will they eventually be? or are they just a flock for fun?
Helen I love the top lime coloured set too.
The sherbet twisties are so pretty.
The colourful rainbow are a wonderful array of colour.
I have been trying to make a few bits to sell for the poppy appeal, and came up with this heart. I have a few other poppy bits in the kiln today :)

Well I've had a productive couple of days for once (admittedly some were made at the end of last week but only got cooked on monday)

Absolutely loving the rock dwelling worms!!!!

Am really pleased with the heart but also trying to get back into using some nice soft colour combos that don't involve frit!

Thanks for looking.

Don't blame you, Rita, it's gorgeous!  Lovely shards, Caroline.  Nice ones, SMHBuss, but very small.  Pat, it's lovely to see you lamping again, hope your leg is a lot better.

Here is a dish I made just before going to America.  I left it there, as a present to my aunt, and I took the picture over there - just got round to downloading it.

I was quite pleased with it, and she loved it.  A mixture of dichroic and iridised glass, on top of clear.
