Veebee

After a hectic couple of weeks, I finally made a new necklace  ;D

My lampies, rose quartz, tourmalinated quartz, mooakite, sterling silver, silvered ceramic spacers and swarovski dangles:

Thanks for looking!

Another use for buttons!

I've made a few to match ring toppers.

The only trouble with selling chokers though is that they really do need to be the right length and everybody's neck is different so I'm thinking that the buyer can finish their own off by cutting to length and crimping the second end on - I *think* everybody could manage that!  ???

Shirl

I made a few bracelets over the weekend, here is one of them :)

Shirl

I am loving the raspberry and lime colourway that seems to be popular right now, and here is a bracelet I made up at the weekend.

I tried to make it fun and summery.

This is the first piece of jewelery that I have made myself using my own fully cooked in my new kiln beads!! I hope you like it, some of the beads are still a bit 'rustic'  (wonky) but I love it and I have had loads of comments at work about it (in a nice way!!!)

Diane

I don't post much jewellery - because I don't make much - but I just decided this morning to make a couple of quick 'n easy bracelets using some silk strings and some buttons - using Julie's lovely little brass press and tute. Here are the results:

With this one I was trying to incorporate a textile element - these little frayed out tufts remind me of the little tassles on Asian costumes!

Helen G Made this button for me for the lampwork day I had here at home in Exeter.
I was so thrilled and I couldn't decide what to do with it.
I finally decided on wrapping it with Copper wire with a Swarovski Bi Cone on the top.
It was the first time I have made a ring by this method I enjoyed it albeit it has some flaws but
will practice till I get it better.
I thought you might like to see Helen's gorgeous bead and what I did with it.
Bye for now :)  :-* xx

GaysieMay

I received one of Di's beautiful clasps yesterday and had just the beads in mind to go with it!

I've also used some of Dragonfly Lynns little silver kisses.  Sorry if you've seen it elsewhere, but I'm as pleased as punch with it.

I made some bobbin-shaped beads which reminded me of my favourite children's stories.

I love playing with transparents over clear at the moment, just love the shine!  I'm still addicted to my new crystal press too.  So here is another (can see a pattern developing) of my chunky bracelets.

Here is what I made my mum :

It's all sterling or pure silver (depending on what beads you're looking at ;D), freshwater pearls, glass seed beads and my lampwork beads.
Hope she likes it!
