I've been making shank button flowers, which are a bit tricky as they're made off-mandrel.  I need to make more though for an order.





This is a commission for a customer - a white Dahlia bead hanging ornament.

I have been inspired by a lady called maybeads on etsy. I bought a Dino from her and I am now trying to perfect my version of hers.

I think by the time I reach Mark 20, I will of nailed it and progress onto my own stle of Dino. But for now it's a challenge for me

Lots of problems, big one is trying to get good joins where new glass is added. Very important!!  


Any advice from the sculptural massive.  Please comment away.  Including any negatives.  Its always helpful for honest thoughts when trying to solve problems

My first attempts at etching.
I saw a set of rainbow beads somewhere - either in a mag, on etsy or on here - and thought I'd have a go. Apologies if they were anyone's here!

I'm loving that bracelet Sarah!! And those etched beads are fab, NEED to get the etching solution!! And those jumping jacks are so clever, I love them!!!

I gave in and got the storming tutorial...it's brilliant!! Here's my first attempt- not great storms but I'm just thrilled at the dot placement!!
