Brilliant petals Binty, I wish i had steadier hands and could get lovely even spaced and identical petals, but I'm still at the "organic" stage!! These are my efforts, sadly a bit wonky and the none of the flowers are the same size, but better than my first few trys. You can probably tell that I haven't been doing the hot glass thing very long!
Jean, the colours in that ring topper are particularly striking, it's lovely.
Josephine, fabulous set, the little blue flowers are like sweet little forget me nots.
Miriam, love the sparkly streamers, they really give it an extra dimension and make it look so tactile, soooo want to touch 'em!
Sarah, scrummy beads as usual, love the finished bracelet.

two lovely ladies sent me pretties to play with, thank you Sue and Jo, not brilliant compared to the quality of the beads here but a first play with shards and silver glass murrini, base is antique clear - reminds me of the sea 



Then went back to playing with Iris orange frit over adamantium, mixed rounds and lentils



I quite like them but still not sure about the spacers, will make a few more of other colours and see what i get

Another great week, just love all the bugs chicks, hare and picture beads.
Did the monthly craft fair in March last Saturday, didn't sell much but got a commission for two sets of shank buttons, and this is what was asked for.........(ivory with multi frit and goldstone swirls)

Hello everyone! First I would like to say thank you to everyone on this forum. I stumbled across this wonderful site this weekend and it inspired me to fire up my torch again, it's been over a year since I've created anything. Everyone here is so amazingly talented, prolific & kind, it really inspired me to work again. Thank you! You have know idea how necessary that is in my life right now. I plan on making a daily visit to this site to keep inspired and keep creating  

So I thought I would start out trying something I have not done before, a nebula marble. This was the result from Sundays work.

Wow, Scott what a way to start back after a year off!  I wish I could start that good.

My first try at Watercolour style.  I don't have any enamel though so I had to try it all with Frit.  Another thing to add to my Flame Off shopping list.

Loving everything, especially the chickens!

Made this last night at college and was quite chuffed with the result. Just glad that something I tried worked for once

carer doesn't give too much time, but hopefully now its getting a little
