I think it works with other reds and purples too, thai orchid, light red.

haven't tried it on cim reds though.

I finally managed to get some sort of photo of one of my favorite beads (long story about wrong laptop!), the bead isn't quite round, but I love the spread and webbing from the petrol green over the coral.  No intense black, just the petrol green.  Looks better in real life, but don't they all!
