A customer bought a set of encased DH Clio beads from me, and has asked for something similar in sea-green colours (she particularly likes a whispy, ethereal effect).

Could anyone recommend a sea-green silver glass that is relatively easy to work with, please? Any tips would be most welcome too (I use a Carlisle CC, which is slightly on the reducing side).

White encased in CIM Atlantis, encased in clear, encased in DH Notos, reduce and clear. If you are dubious about encasing CIM, use an Effetre blue, if the blue is very opaque don't bother with the White core.
Haven't got a photo of any of these on my iPad, but produce a really lovely watery iridescent bluey/green.

Thanks for that - I have all of those colours in, so will be having a go at the weekend. I'd never have come up with that combination in a million years! Fingers crossed.....
