Lynn won the custom murrini pull in the Breast Cancer raffle and I offered to make beads for her instead. She gave me a brief "I particularly like flattened shapes like lentils and tabs, I love etched finishes, and there aren't many colours I don't like but I particularly go for earth tones, turquoise or pinks and if there can be a touch of lime green in there somewhere then I'm perfectly happy"

I agree they are really fantastic,
love the moon amber,
Reich deep black is great for staying black in small amounts so its most likely that,you are really getting the quilling .

what gorgeous beads this week. Don't know how to follow that dragonfly! I have been working with Suzanne Noordewier's (Justmade) candy beads tutorial this week. Here are the results

The Tartan Trout

Lovely work everyone, I especially love the dragonfly :)
I decided this wasnt working yesterday and actually hesitated over the water pot with it, before putting it in the kiln thinking it would end up in the fugly jar.

Ok, so it's 5am and I've been wide awake since 3 ::). Had several sales on Etsy and a good beading session yesterday and now brain won't sleep. Ho hum. So here are a few pieces of jewellery I made on Saturday which I am really pleased with including my lampies of course, had a play with the photos too.
