wicked mary! thanks. um, dont have a camping stove or similar. something else to buy! never ending isnt it! i have a large wave mould and a vase draping one too (looks like the bottom half of a cocktail shaker!)

Oh Mary,hes the guy I was thinking about buying the weaving mould from.I wanted to get one from the UK,but cant find anyone who sells it.
Maybe I'll have to take the plunge,and buy from him.

do you need the mould? i just drew a grid on my kiln paper and layered the glass strips on top.

argh, my eyes! lol!! the slumping is done, the kiln is just cooling down. i had a peek at the top end of the cool to room temp stage and have melted my eyes lol!! well, it's worked from what i can see. not quite as deep as i thought but i'm sure once it's cooled and i have a proper look i'll be well chuffed. watch this space x
