There are soo many beautiful beads on here already! Julie's seashore beads are wonderful, I keep drooling over them!  :D And Emma's dragon is soo lovely, he doesn't need whiskers! Annelyse that heart is stunning too, Helen the floral is lovely and well done for mending it, and Sally the big lentil is gorgeous! There's more I like but I'm going to have to start taking notes when I look through this thread!

I'm quite nervous as I haven't posted any pics in ages on here (I'm such a wimp!) but I've taken a couple of pics of some beads I made using the Maria Louisa crunch duo bead press I bought off Jolene. It's a wonderful press to use (nice and weighty  ;D) and I think Jo included an extra present of some mojo which was gratefully received after mine had wondered off for a while! They're just simple gravity beads but I really enjoyed making these:

I've got several more colour combos lined up, guess what I'm making tomorrow!  :D

Apologies to people who already saw this, but I was so excited to make a bead that looked like a bead:

Wow, I love the work going on here, I have been looking in although I haven't really made anything for a couple of weeks, first I was ill, then working extra time, you know the story..
Anyhow, I got down to my shed today and did these with some ekho -

and these are my trials for Becky's transfers - this is with the transfers dried on, will show you what happens tomorrow (hopefully!) They were really easy to apply, I'm just strangely nervous about trying to put a new programme into my kiln after all this time of having just the anneal as you go.. ::) Doesn't help that I lost the instructions but I think I have it sussed.

I've loved everything on this show and tell (as I posted earlier) and even more beauties have been added.
I haven't posted beads for a while as I've been busy making ribbons and things so here are a few from me:
top one is ekho with silver wire encased and 'nuggeted' (made up word)
middle - ivory with a cim green and triton swirls and Kaz's murrine
bottom - ekho with gold leaf encased.

Apologies for the hog.

Been a bit busy over the last few days and made the following beads and necklaces - need to enjoy the sunshine now whilst it lasts!

The heart bead isn't my own - I need a large heart press me
thinks :) and the silk ribbon is beautifully dyed and stitched by
Sowzere Designs.

These are my own beads with various colours wrapped around
the surface which, I think,  makes them look like gemstones :D

Where is eveyone?

This is a set I made yesterday and love....but they have some veins of devit at the ends where I obviously missed encasing some of the enamel. Very annoying.

I usually throw away anything less than perfect but these still look really nice and it is just at the ends so I strung them up and offered them at a much reduced price to people on my mailing list.

Here's my contribution for this week, a tortoiseshell cat I originally made for Marion (Emjee) but finally went to someone else as a result of a bead auction (with Marions permission of course!) :

Have a very good week you all!
