Wow christina, they are beautiful beads.  Trudy love your shard beads and the heart is really elegant.

Here`s my first dabble with Psyche glass that I`m really chuffed with, not up there with the big boys yet but they made me grin from ear to ear! ;D

Hi there

I made these yesterday.

I had a go playing with reduction shards!!!

Steampunkglass

Thank you to Beadysam and Emma who have made this marble possible by answering my plea for weird boro! (plus the three before it that didn't work  ::) ) This is really weird as the strange optics make the sprial look like it goes in deeper than the marble really is  ??? If that makes sense?

Veebee

Here's a sneak peek of Macmillan beads who will go on auction on friday evening. Thank you so much for donating glass, frit, shards, and all other things! These beads are made with some of your donations, thank you!

(I have been at home all week and only a bit of work on as we should have been on holiday!!!)

Make roses with encased stringer I made myself

The second bead also has some *scrollwork* on it following the tutorial from Kerri Fuhr (a bit amateurish but a start on stringer work!)
Make different types of reactions beads - these ones with handpulled iris blue stringer

And these ones with mosaic green

Use my new masher press from Maria-Louisa

Make my own silvered silver glass shards

Make little birds in the sky with a thin stringer and a pick

And last but definitely not least, use my button mandrel

I thought they were a bit naff until I looked on etsy and discovered they are about par for the course - a button mandrel is very difficult to manoeuvre with two holes

She's made of real glass. She got real real emotion. But my heart laughs I have that same sweet devotion!

Those fused pendants are fabulous Becci!  ;D

It's been a wee while since I posted anything - our visitors and decorating have taken up most of my time, but I'm back on my torch - hurray - I was getting withdrawal symptoms!
