Misidentified DH rod

I've had Clio rods that have been different colours - sometimes they're yellowish-amber and sometimes they're a sort of pinky clear.

I wasn't too worried about the rod colour since it was labelled, it was when it reduced to colours I wasn't expecting.  And it obviously wasn't over-reduced as I got the same pinks as with the bead I'd made with a rod end.  Ah, the joys of lampworking eh?
