Those beads are gorgeous Kathy. I assume there's something shy and feline on the end of the furry leg and its not actually a massive furry finger!

Love the fiery heart too Dee Dee.

What's at the end of the furry leg is something fairly bonkers and feline that's trying to test how close she can get to those shiny rolling cat toys on string!!! before she's evicted. She's also the reason why all unattended beads (and small round fruit) are kept either on high shelves or in closed containers.

Kathy, I love those multi swirls, and your pic really made me laugh. I had a go at large discs for the first time this week. This is attempt number 3! The colours bled in the first 2. Does anyone have any tips regarding colours that stay crisp and don't bleed? I used sky blue and amber here.

DementedMagpie

Ooh, sky blue goes well with amber! Is that just "amber" or "dark amber", by the way?

Kathy, it was dark amber. I had real trouble finding colours that wouldn't bleed for this technique. I also used dark teal transparent on the top of the dots. :)

Nice combo, would never have thought of teaming amber with sky blue, but it works!
Sherwood Cim is nice and stable, as is effetre apricot yellow. I find quite a few of the Reichenbach colours are spreaders/seepers/awkward bleeders, effetre purple is also a good worker.

I love the colours in your beads Kathy and the kitty paw is brilliant lol. I have gone to having to keep everything in my shedio and keeping the cat blocked out when I am doing anything - not always easy.

Lantana - really nice colours and that is brilliant for a 3rd attempt I would say

(I blumin well need to be, the less than delightful ex has decided to cut maintenance to less than 50% of what it was)
