Think I put these in the wrong place so sorry if youve already seen them. I've been making these types of beads and cabochons for a while but have only just worked out (yet again) how to post photos so here's what I've been up to.

In the future, all will be glass...

Wow, not quite sure how to follow this lot that have been shown so far!!

Heather - love your silver glass testing, particularly interested to see your Belladonna results, as I have a few rods tucked away.
Trudi - LUSH!  Love the colours in that top set, very clever.
Angie - speechless. Every time I see sandblasted beads I just adore them, but those are super fabulous.

I have a pink stringer set that I am very happy with:

And some pretty blue nuggets:

The central bead in each set has a wee CZ in for a bit of bling.

I have had a little play with boreas and found it easy to reduce (and I don't find silver glass easy). I am going to put these with some grey swarovski crystals.

Lantana and Esme, what beautiful soft colours! might have to get some of that there boreas!
Trudi I really like these latest nuggets!
Helen, that is indeed some great stringer work!
Heather...you are just so organised! great colours
Angie, you've been busy!! I like the little deeply blasted redish one in the first pic, above the one that is actually red.

here is something I've been working on lately

I thought it was high time I showed my face (or rather beads) here again :)  It's been a while and I've not been completely idle - just concentrating my energy at the torch rather than at the computer (although I have lurked in the galleries a bit whilst I've been quiet ;) ).

Anyway, I could post lots but don't want to hog, so here's a select few for now...

Jennie Lamb

Fab work this week...haven't been around for abit some beautiful beads on here at the moment.  I have just done the Bronwen Heilman course at Tuffnell Glass and these are a few of my first beads...time consuming but so much fun now I have mastered the kiln for all the fusing that is needed!!

  [/ur

A friend has given me  big bag of keys so I am making a few of these at the mo as well, this key measures 9CM and the bead is 5CM in diameter  :D

Have a good week everyone....

Popping a couple more in:

Trying out some new murrini. This bead has a base of triton over clear and I love the way it came out dark blue at one end, green-gold in the middle and a more turquoise blue at the  other end! No idea if I'll be able to do that on purpose...

Jolene's cat murrini reminded me I had some sitting around that I made about a year ago. Still not the best at using pictorial murrini - I think I should have encased the moon first. The background has triton in it again. It's the same on each side, but mirrored.

I also made something for GBUK's Best of British competition at the AGM. Photo after it  ;D

Meagan Lily

What lovely work on here, I am truely in awe.

I haven't posted on here for some time and am feeling quite nervous........but here goes

Alittle of what I've been up to lately, I  hope they aren't too big

helenfc

Meagan, they are so pretty :)
Nice effect with the Triton Heather.
Jennie - WOW! they are fantastic!
I've been making earrings with my fairly limited torch time at the moment, slight hog, so sorry  :-[
