Oh, I like those, Donna!

I had a go at another pair of cabs for poppers - I'm getting the edges tidier now.

These were for Craft Pimp's peacock challenge: a topper and a lentil.

MadelineBunyan

Please be kind, these are my first murrini!! I really like them on white, and am off to make some blue ones tonight. Also, I have been practising with stringer this week, and made these to go with a new top and shoes :)

Sorry if images are a tad large!

Diane

What a lovely start to the week - and I too like the large hole bead ;D.  It's so long since I made any beads - and it's taken a couple of weeks for me to get round to photographing these but here are a few of mine:

I've been having a play with the "knobs" (snigger ... I know I'm such a child!)

Lovely work everyone. Diane I love that Hotmama set :)

My life is upset down at the moment, but am loving making these mini paperweights. Very therapeutic. And some sunshine this morning for a photo was very welcome :)

I love that paperweight, Sarah. Mesmerising.

I can't stop making barrel beads at the moment. But I'll just offer one little set.

Sarah, the paperweight is gorgeous!
Beth, those barrels are just really nice soft colours.

I have been doing more things for the LE reactive twistie/murrini challenge.

I made some murrini and used them on things:

Not a great choice of base colours in the lentil - the murrini and wigwag are shiny but dark, so you don't see that much unless you've got really bright lighting. These murrini work better encased, see the watery bead!

Next is a big lentil with silver glass twistie.

This is another twistie on mermaid with multicolour dark ends.

I also started testing some of the CiM colours, but I'll post when I have a few more beads done.

I have a some new work done finally!

The following beads are huuuge (for me anyway), they are 28mm big:

These are still quite big, but still only 18mm:

All these beads were made for a custom order. :)

Edited to say: sorry for the terrible photos! I took them at around 1am on my bed with hardly any lighting.

What a great gallery it's been so far....

I haven't posted much recently as I have been playing with sandblasting, and made lots and lots of rubbish!  This is the first lentil I have been happy with (although still plenty of room for improvement).  This is the both sides of the same bead! Very hard to photograph and not get reflections on the gold!

I still haven't worked out how to not be covered in dust at the end of it! ;D
