Hi all, hope you are having a good weekend?
I am hoping to buy a bead press, and am liking the lentil shape. Can anyone advise me of one which is relatively easy to use that has reliable results in terms of the edges and ends? I have tried a crunch press, and seemed to be able to use that O.K. Are the presses with 3 size options any good? Any advise would be appreciated before I spend out on one. Thanks

I now have 4 different lentil presses and the one I find easiest to use is my Zoozi large straight sided lentil. The straight sided ones seem more forgiving.
I have a 3 lentil one that I still struggle with.

I've got the Zoozii straight sided lentil trio and I use it a fair bit. Much kinder to the holes than the regular lentil.

Ditto on the straight sided lentil shape. Much easier to use than the traditional lentil press.
Maybe start small though. I wish I'd bought a smaller one as sometimes I feel like it takes forever to load up enough glass for my press.
Also, go for a 2 or 3 size press as it means you can go up a size if you wrap on too much glass.

Good choice, the straight sided ones are my favourites too.
