A bit of fun and nonsense from me this week:

It's been a while since I posted here!  I had a long break from the torch (not voluntary!) but I've been back melting glass for a couple of weeks or so and have started playing with toppers.  Apologies to those of you who've already seen these on Facebook :)

I've made more since these ones, just have to get around to photographing them...

Josephine

Well you've all been busy while I've been out digging the garden.
My favourites this week so far are Heather's pendant topper, Les's beads, Helen's Japanese set and Sam's cast glass. I love that first heart set too Kaz.

I did get some time to make beads yesterday. These sets all have some of Julie HB's murrini in them.

Saga Suus - lovely jewellery - great colours.
Ilona - particularly like that last Jupiter set, such a pretty shade.
Josephine, wonderful shells as usual
And I particularly love that Michal S inspired bead.

I have a set of lentils to show, but they were a bugger to photograph.  Hopefully this will give a vague idea what they look like!

Lovely beads everyone.

I've been practicing these ever since I saw the fabulous ones by Monqiue.

I made them into a necklace just for me.

HelenV

Wow - amazing beads everyone, I especially love the Ninjas and Stephanie's "Seville" set!

I haven't posted in ages - just don`t get any time at the torch but did manage a few this week:

Here's a few more from me...

Helen V I love your stringer work.  Ciel that Orange bead is to die for.

I've had much more time than normal to make beads this week due to the lovely bank holiday, so I have some more to show.  As usual with me, there's no theme or pattern..... Jack of all trades, Master of None!  ;D

First up a set that's really pretty and shows that sometimes, simple is good:

Then these are for the monthly theme challenge, but thought I'd post them here too:

And finally, some more lentils based on Darcy York (Silvergypsy)'s tutorial:

I'm loving every ones' beads.  I love the ninjas.

Here are the beads I've  been working on after my stringer class last week

Felix that hair dresser that owns the hair dressers that I go to has name them all for me.  So from right to left we have, the piggy - because the orange murrini, just at the top (one of Kaz's I think) makes it look like a piggy. Then we have the anemone.  Then Planet grovey.  And lastly on the left we have "the one with all the anuses on".

When I get to selling my beads I will not be taking them to him unless I really can't think of what to name them  ::)

Glassy Lou

I don't post here often, mainly because I'm so daunted by the sheer brilliance of everything. I can't single any one thing out this week - it's all stunning. Nice job all round ladies and gents.
Anyway, here goes...

Just squeaking a couple more in
These were made with silver glass twisties. The spacers are Belgian Lace - I wish they'd make this colour again!
