No hearts today from me, but I have been wanting to have a go at the Fire Opal tut for ages and ages and finally got round to it - I am fairly happy with them.....

Those are lovely Heather and I love the disks Helen very much.  The fire opals are amazing and Kaz just love the middle set, that frit is fab.

I have been trying to master spine beads (really from one of Anouk's tuts with silver glass), done quite a few but have been so up to my ears recently that haven't had much time to photo stuff.  Here is one I did with a turqoise base (I think or it might have been teal), silver foil and val cox frit and then encased etc (oh the dots are gaia which I have seriously falled in love with).  Just gone up on Etsy (why I took the photo!).

Love all the beads so far, but Lotti's spine bead has to be a fovourite...I love Gaia too.

Sorry going to sneak this one in too (don't know why I didn't put it up before!).  Loving Clio and my heart press and yes I know and ou know that I didn't really want the blue, but it's rather pretty and other folks don't know that I didn't mean it to be there do they!

...an ex-pupil of mine (I took her to Mongolia in 2002 ) is getting married - she had seen one of only two triple-layer roses I ever made to sell, and asked if I could make her one for a tiara - it's a right whopper!!! 

The bridesmaids are getting matching interchangeable rose pendants
