ASK 009

Hello, Ihave just found a rod of ASK 009 that came in a bunch of rods I bought on here a while ago. Does anyone know what this colour is? It looks like caramel apple but I cant find anywhere online that tells me? Not sure if I should lock it up and stroke it occasionally or just use it! lol!

Do you have any tips for using it Trudi? I heard its a good base for reduction glass? :)

Pull it into stringers and use it as decoration over other silver glass, enamels or colours that reacts with silver....or make murrini with it. The spokes on the cream murrini on these cabs are ASK CA, and they have a lovely reaction line with the base glass, making the lines very crisp:
