vetrofond odd lots

[jammie]

I really like the vetro odd lots especially belgian lace and honey crunch amongst others. I know Sooz on ebay has some colours  but I wondered if there was anyone else in the UK who has other colours too.

A while back I bought some glass from here

https://ssl.kundenserver.de/s35993823.shoplite.de/sess/utn;jsessionid=1549fff603bc0fd/shopdata/index.shopscript

I emailed the seller and she was really helpful - telling me how much glass in kg's I could buy and with shipping costs that were really quite cheap! I think that she sells them in lenghts that the maufacurer supplies them in - which is about 3 times the normal lenght But she cuts them down for shipping) - so 1 rod is really 3 if you see what I mean!!

But you could try the swap board!

[jammie]

its coming up service unavailable, i have some bits in the swop shop and said one of the things i would like are vetro odd lots....bit like hens teeth maybe are they?

[Trudi]

There are so many  - I would have thought that there would be someone out there willing! I swapped some of mine  - I'll look see if I have anything!

[Trudi]

PS - mean't to add. If you're not used to them, warm up slowly. They are usually made up of layers of colours and can be shocky!

[Dragonfire Glass]

I was looking out for honey crunch in the swap board, but nothing
I'd also be interested in jungle twilight or cosmic storm

[helenfc]

glassworks france have quite a few vetro oddlots i think: www.glassworks.fr
they have jungle twilight and cosmic storm and lots of other tempting goodies!

[Dragonfire Glass]

so they do

thanks

[Trudi]

i think you'll find the P&P is quite a bit higher - ok if you want a fair bit of glass!

[Dragonfire Glass]

12 euros for up to 8Kg

[Shirley]

Might be worth doing a bulk buy and splitting it up? Make the most of the shipping that way.

[Dragonfire Glass]

sounds like a plan

[Kalorlo]

It's worth comparing with Glassworks.be as well - their shipping is £13.95 for up to 30kg. They have honey crunch.
