I had a random thought: I wonder if it'd work to upload the spreadsheet as a public document on Google docs? It looks like it can deal with normal Excel files and it'd save you having to email to everyone!

(I might have already made my own spreadsheet to catalogue all the glass I got in my Effetre starter pack... *whistles*)

I don't know how to do that and don't have the time to work it out but it's a good idea. 

I'm happy to just keep emailing since everyone who wants one probably has one by now so there will only be one or two here and there I imagine.
