Glue gun but I would still find a sturdy box (old wooden wine crate) to put it in as the glass gets very heavy  :)

nope i don't know any joiners :(

I need to find a way to stick piping together me thinks, something that will keep it very sturdy- ideas on a postcard?

What about sticking the pipes together with a glue gun, should work.

Tiara Helen has her glass in pipes but standing up in baskets which is also very effective and you can move them around easily.

My pipes are just stacked in a kitchen unit with extra shelves in, they are a nice neat fit. It's on castors for ease of moving it. The drawer is handy for frit.

With regard to the glass.....not yet, but you will;D

Mary

It's plumbers pipe from B&Q, 40mm I think. Each pipe will hold over a pound of glass. I stuck labels inside the front edge of each pipe, to keep track of what's what!

I'm lucky to have a dad that is a joiner and he made me this. There is enough space to label each pidgeon hole so I know what I am using. It sits right next to my torch so I can grab different rods mid bead!

Oooo I so want storage like this !! *insert drooling smiley here* I keep asking himself if he could do it but he says no

If you haven't got an awful lot of glass I would suggest a wood and metal wine rack like the type the sell at Habitat.
I'm insanely jealous of that handbuilt storage!

She's made of real glass. She got real real emotion. But my heart laughs I have that same sweet devotion!

Here's mine - pipes stuck together with a glue gun - and little wooden pieces to separate each pipe, (also stuck in with glue gun) doubling the pipe holes available.

Lush!

Wonderful storage ideas - cutting the end of the pipe like that is inspired, Mary!

I needed something to go under the worktop so the chap who did my porch up had some fun making this, it revolves  ;D

I also have lots n lots n lots of jam jars  ;)
