Q - "I have a tungsten pick and also a rake, but both tools get stuck in the glass"
A - If your tools are hot they will stick to the glass. Try to keep your tools out of the flame. If your tool does get stuck in the glass, wait a few seconds - the metal will cool quicker than the glass and will come free. Hot glass won't stick to cold tools.
Keep a little pot of water on your workbench to cool tools between uses.
