insulation?

need advice on insulation.... please!! 
Weve discussed loads of options, polystyreene sheets, hay, foam, and the ones on the roll,
what did you use ?
how much it cost etc?
make model and whats the cheapest option?

My husband works at a builders merchant so we got stuff at discount but we did the following
Walls---polystyrene then MDF sheets and hust painted
Ceiling- Kingspan (a type of dense foam/polystyrene which is covered in a layer of foil to make it waterproof, great stuff. The ceiling then had MDF and was painted
Floor-Kingspan again and hardboard this time which we then tiled with the cheapest tiles money can buy.
Fairly toasty in the winter, just use a small convector heater.
Stable door to help with ventilation although I do have a cooker hood type extractor.

mmm isnt MDF expensive? is it chaper than plasterboard/plyboard?

Guess it might be a tad more expensive but hubby worked out it was far quicker and less mess, hates plaster dust. Painting MDF requires no prep

After we put the outside wall of the shed up we pinned bubble wrap onto it then put on the internal value cladding...no expense spared here

i even hought of bubblewrap, but thats expensive to i think lol

its free when people deliver things wrapped in it

Yes the more glass you buy from Martin the more bubble wrap you get - so a good reason for buying more glass I reckon!

I'm going to order polystyrene and hardboard, and paint it.

Just wondering - isn't polystyrene a bit too flammable

I'd go for mineralwool and plasterboard (just for safety reasons)
