Taken delivery of one of these, along with the board.
Looks pretty nifty, but has anyone else played with one and have any hints/tips to share.

So far I've managed to not make anything vaguely circular  :D
Think I may be popping to the local tip for some old glass to experiment on.
Kays' OH :)

2B or not 2B, that is the pencil.

I love morton products I really do but I couldn't get on with their circle cutter at all.

Saying that I've tired a few different ones and found I couldn't make any of them work properly. Its very possible that its just me!! LOL

Cutting circles did look easy in some of the online videos i've seen, lol. Must be a knack to it.

My circle cutter came from warm glass,  I leave the cutter proped up in cutting oil when not in use, and it cuts like a dream.
The recent link helped.  Try this it helped me.http://www.glasscampus.com/tutorials/videos/cutting_a_circle.wmv

After a few attempts at cutting a circle.....

and after cutting a slightly larger clear glass and adding a few random offcuts... (I know i need to work on colour matching)

I hadn't been able to cut a circle until I saw that video - as soon as I tried the method demonstrated, it worked first time!
