TALIZMAN

why is frit called frit.... why not bits or crumbs or something.. does it stand for anything?

Stacy

Thats a good question.... not one I have the answer to but still a very good question

Ok, being a geek, apparently comes from:

"Italian fritta, from feminine of fritto, past participle of friggere to fry, from Latin frigere to roast "

Probably because they used to roast the glass and cool it to make it frit?

Frit would also be initials of "fingers roasted in torch".. another way to make it (roast the fingers, drop the glass, it shatters...)

TALIZMAN

hehehe - i like it... just something i was wondering this morning, that's all...
