As some of you folks know I have purchased a Paragon Caldera Kiln which will fire up to 1288c, which will enable me to work with higher temp clay = Stoneware and glass of course.

For the last 9 months I have done the maths, to comparrison, to see if I would be getting a good deal with this kiln,  I paid £647.25 inc vat & delivery was included (received next day) & kiln furniture, a digital 'Advanced Sentry 4.0',  not at all bad seeming it fires to a high temp, purchased from: http://www.hobbyceramicraft.co.uk/

Salut,

27p...per inch area of mine, roughly.

Personally I value my kilns for what they enable me to make.
