Oxycon Playing up

Hi
my oxycon has always run on a green light all of a sudden it is shoeing an orange light
we checked for leaks and did find a small one
fixed that but it still isn't working properly can't do anything at all with DH glass
have cleaned the filter on the outside  I'm not sure what else to do
It's a companion 590i and I can't get into to it
The inside filters haven't been changed in four years
can some please come to my rescue

Ok oxycon in bits on the floor did all the checking as advised by Tan
did find a leak which we fixed
I thought it was sorted but no such luck it is still behaving badly it
sound perfect and to be honest it doesn't look too bad inside either
but the flame just isn't right and the yellow light comes on after about 5 mins
but the flow meter stays the same at 3.5/4
the only thing we can find is on the left hand side  a small round thing which is hissing and blowing
but we are dontknoe  what this is 
not sure what else to do now  any suggestions

If I remember the tanks on the left hand side do a lot of hissing and sighing and general complaining. What I will say is check all of the hoses because as I replaced one the pressure rose on the other ancient hoses and they split one by one, keep checking because you may have more leaks.
