help!!

Hi can anyone tell me why my transparents are going streaky with fine black streaks, am i burning the glass, im on a hot head and using efffectre trans, im being carefull??? aggghhh!!

Check that your rods are clean, sometimes if mine have been neglected they scum. If this isnt the problem, turn torch off and check there isnt any frit or glass in your hot head ..x

Thanks Mandy, waiting for it to cool, looks like a bit black inside!!! think it needs some attention!!! the opaques are fine...weird!!

Are you using Mapp or bulk propane? If bulk, are you getting toward the bottom of your cylinder? Sometimes you get crud in the glass when the gas is getting low.

im on bulk, and have plenty of gas, the glass looks burnt!!??  Thanks Kirsty, I will bring them along...any preference to the cake??

Problem solved with P600 wet n dry and a kitchen knife , woohoo!
