Does anyone here use a signature stamp on their beads?  I had an Etsy Customer asking if I could sign my work.....If you do and are happy to share info that would be great as I don't have a clue where to start with this!  Thank you x

That'd be a challenge if you were Jennifer Appleton-Chalmondley-Fortescue-Smythe!

Could you develop a signature mark, like a black dot in a swirl somewhere on the beads, for example?

Does anyone know if this pen will work on hard perspex material?

Jennie Lamb

I don't know if it works on perspex and I haven't got any to test it on...why not give Warm Glass UK a call I am sure they will be able to tell you....

Good idea, thanks Jennie ..  :)

Jennie what about for you a tiny paw print.  Like your brass small one.  Just as it cools, stamp the end near the mandrel...just thought it would be perfect for you! You can then say you know it's mine as they're stamped with a small pawprint.....that way it can be small and very you x  ;D

I've seen custom stamps carved in the end of a graphite rod before...

One of the ladies that came to Murano with us earlier this year arranged for Carlo Donna to make a tiny signature metal stamp from a design that she had made. It was mailed out and arrived about 6 weeks after we got home. It might be worth sending an email to them to ask.
