How tall?? I have a feeling it is bigger than I'm imagining

Thank you It's about fist-sized (so probably smaller than you're imagining ) - the rods are 4mm.

it's a grown up version  of  one of these tactile balls you get for babies that you can put your fingers through and hold onto it.
Well that's what I would like to do with it, its great.
