Thank you :) It's about fist-sized (so probably smaller than you're imagining ;)) - the rods are 4mm.

it's a grown up version  of  one of these tactile balls you get for babies that you can put your fingers through and hold onto it.
Well that's what I would like to do with it, its great.  :)

Lol, no, not allowed, it only looks properly 'nutty' from one angle, can't risk somebody turning it!  ;D
