I ordered some Bullseye Ross from them and when they arrived I commented to DH how hardcore the packaging is. They pack in the Bullseye own tubes, then bubble wrap and then those solid plastic tubes, the sort of stuff you see on guttering etc. So you can imagine how surprised I was when some rods were broken!

I called them, spoke to a lovely lady called Yvette, who knew who I was straightaway because I'd been an eBay customer of there's, was very apologetic, really helpful; just went out of her way really.

Replacement by return of post too.

I think we often complain (and so we should if things aren't right, in fact a decent company welcomes complaints) but we sometimes forget to applaud great service. So a big hand for GSS!
NB. Do not touch hot rods of glass, it is stupid.

I have had nothing but great service from Glass Studio Supplies too.  They are my first stop for fusing glass.

We had an absolutely brilliant time there yesterday, I have personally raided their rods  :D  Lovely lovely people, really friendly and couldn't be more helpful.  I'm definitely going back.
Although it was a bit of a magical mystery tour combined with an american werewolf in London ....
And we didn't buy a dog (she says mysteriously)  :D
