Here is my set of 4 different sized shells.  The large one is what my posting of last week was supposed to look like.

This is my second largest star.

Great beads this week everyone.
I've finally had a play with Clio, thanks to all the helpful advice on here I seem to have had some success, I didn't know it went all metallicky though  ;D ;D
Slightly strange beads but the object of the exercise was to get clio to do its thing ;D ;D ;D

I also had a go at off mandrel fish following Emma's visit.

Beauties, Jacqueline!
Also love Helens discs and of course anything/everything by Steph  :)

This is yesterday bead, blow by blow from a tutorial by Jane Perala and recommended to me by Donna Millard:

Apologies for the size again. No matter how I try I keep getting the 'error - please try again later' message when i try and downsize. It's going on since PB changed their site and forever!!!!

Jaqueline, it's probably arguable whether its warmer and wetter here or there at present.

I made this press a few years ago to see if it would work and haven't used it much. It does work.

I have been having fun trying my new bead press, and have made some little murrini. The bigger one is Kaz's mermaid murrini. The silver glass is clio. Fun, fun, fun (and very little housework done)!

Wonderful beads so far - particularly like that Toucan!

I have two sets.  The first was a tribute to MagmaBeads who had a far superior set to this on Ebay this week which I drooled over.  These are destined to go on some Lush Loops with some hoops just for me:

And then I have my own variation on the theme:

Believe it or not, each of the set of three at the top, and the set at the bottom all had a different glass for the encasing layer! This week I have learnt that glass over orange core = orange!  ;D

Kaz

Great start - love the fruits Marion and the birds and Helen, both sets are stunning!
A couple of big hole cored whoppers made with lots of silver foil and original Terra frit

Can't decide whether to keep one of those.
There's this whopper too....
