Hi,
Not sure if this is in the right place to post this..........but I've been offered the opportunity to demo at a local craft fair. I'd like to make a safety screen to protect little stray hands and bits of shocky glass etc.
Any ideas on size, design and materials? Is polycarbonate suitable or safety glass?
Photos of your screens would be great.
Thanks
Sheena

Hi, Polycarbonate should be fine, cheaper, lighter, easier to cut etc but remember to keep a reasonable gap between the flame and the plastic or it may melt or worse catch fire. The impact from a bit of shocky glass is very small after all. Putting a wooden frame possibly hinged with side pieces will help with stability.
