CG bead roller - mega disc BR-2901

Does anyone have this roller?

It's the one with 4 very large discs, and slots for BHB mandrels. I just can't seem to get the shape right, either they aren't round or I can't get the sides smooth. I end up playing around so much the bead release breaks. And that's only on the smallest cavity.

I tried the big one but couldn't keep it hot enough not to crack....hmmm maybe I need a bigger torch

i have got one ....but cannot for the life of me explain how i do it !....i will have a play and see if i can work it out ...do the flame off demo in my head  ...and if i can write it down i will ...if not i will hopefully be able to show you on the day at yours .....
