Yes, the big reddish pieces are the bigger 'macroconidia' (up to 100 micrometers long) while the smaller clear bits are 'microconidia'. These fungi often produce both in close proximity. Both kinds are fully capable of growing into a new colony or being infectious particles. The macroconidia tend to be more robust in surviving environmental challenges like drying.
