As the title says I am looking for an anneal as you go programme for an SC2 using DH. I have been looking at past threads but can only find a batch anneal programme. Would any of you lovely ladies be able to help me.

I have an sc2 and use the same annealing programme for all types of 104 glass - including DH. Although I think that you would need to adjust your programme for specific kiln striking DH glass.

As a rule my annealing schedule for garaging is as follows:

full/510
hold at 510 for however long you need for your session - you can always skip it when finished - I tend to use 8 hours
full/520/60 mins
50/420/10 mins (soak for 10 mins at stress point) - optional
50/250
stop

don't crack the kiln open until at least below 100

Hi

there's also some info on the Wiki http://www.frit-happens.co.uk/wiki/Annealing

I posted the silver one as there was a lot of talk about silver glass needing lower temps ..... but to be honest, I use my normal schedule, and just increase the temp if I'm using a kiln striking glass!

May just be me, but I find that I lose the shine on triton and aurae if I garage at 520, so I garage at 495. Then go on as Anna does above.
I'm really a Fiona, not a Betty the Chook.
It's just that I rather like hens

I think the atmosphere in kilns can vary - so what is fine for me is not for you. But generally if you lower the temp, you'll need to lenghten the soak time.
