Poor old Triton seems to have been a bit overlooked recently since the arrival of his beautiful sisters, Aurae and Ekho.
So, let's see your Triton beads (and any jewellery made with Triton beads too!)

She's made of real glass. She got real real emotion. But my heart laughs I have that same sweet devotion!

Trudi

ok - I made this with your silvered triton shards!!!!

Base is CIM's Sapphire - and this is a hollow bead!

Kaz

Ooh I like that Trudy!
This is just dark iivory with triton stringer work - wanted to repeat this design but have not managed it yet so it must have been a fluke!

OK, I promise I will make something new for this, but I'll show this anyway.. The focal is Triton over dark ivory, and was made specifically to match the Clare Scott "frame" beads:

This is the first and only time to date that I have used Triton (I only have one rod lol!!)

I love Triton!  :D

This was a bit of an 'oops' bead - I used a rod of Triton thinking it was cobalt!  :P

Hi Guys

Well you will have seen this baby before but it is still one of my favourite beads - base is CIM Grumpy Bear (I think) with triton spots and eyes....

These beads are triton on cim Oz (which fumes the bead blue!)

Magpie

triton on black, with fine silver, encased.
It cracked during cooling, got worse overnight and had to be warmed up, reheated and pressed and it still seems to have a suspicious bit in it.

Veebee

Promised I would make something for this, and I have! You may have seen it in my littly hoggy hog, so apologies if you have. The eye and other dots are all Triton:

These are some beads I made between New Year and my op - just got round to photographing them.

The middles are reduced and then encased Triton - I love this glass.

Oops - sorry the piccies are a bit big - but the lentils are whoppers anyway :)

Jennie Lamb

Wow Diane those are beautiful x  A couple more from me hot from the kiln, the first bead is in a give away on my blog!  It is part of a huge giveaway and I have had 171 entries to win it OMG!!!  But seriously if anyone wants to get more traffic to their blog check out mine and there is a link to joining in the fun!

It is still my favourite glass!! Thanks for looking!

Okay...bearing in mind I consider myself a newbie with four months of Hothead experience, I thought I'd share a Triton creation with you.  It's on a base of White covered with Ink Blue, with Fossil, Triton and fine silver frit (what a fab invention!).  As a focal bead it's 4cm long...hope you like it, I'm quite pleased with it myself!

Trying harder every day!

Barbara

This one is with Mortetti 422 Orange and Moretti 420 Coral and of course Triton:
