The Kiln Spa

January is the time when we traditionally look at all things to do with Kilncare.
The kilns, controllers, spares but also what we offer in terms of service.

Over the last 12 months we have had dozens of people bringing their small kilns to us for repair. In most cases they were not aware they could come to us until we spoke to them. Most thought we had to go to them and almost all didn't expect to be able to have their kilns done while they waited.

In light of this, I've decided to set up a service called the Kiln Spa, basically it is as above, but it now has a name to help us get the message out there.

I'm sure it won't suit everyone and distance and location are definitely a factor.
But, for those lucky enough to be within easy reach of Stoke, it's a service that will save you money and us valuable engineers time.

Aww, too far away for my kilns to get pampered but luckily they are all running well at the moment (touch wood!)

Little Blue has even stopped buzzing since I re-wired him too!
