Had a play with a few things today

Faux boro nugget


I'd be interested to hear what you guys think about the colours i got from the Luna 2, i thought it was meant to be darker but i tried striking it a number of times and this was all i got! oh and i also never made a nugget shaped bead before so would be good to know if i got a good shape!

I have been trying different glass this week and really enjoyed myself
They are a mixture of mystic glass, ice cream sundies from a tut by Sally Carver and floral beads from a tut by Jan Jennings.
I apologise if I have put them in the wrong section. Haven't got my thoughts around what in Gallery and what in S&T

As ever, a feast of wonderful beads.

I have had an afternoon of newbie play, using silver foil for the first time, storming, playing with bicarb, home made stringers/murrini - whatever I could think of.



I even tried a heart shape. I used a red striker but it turned out nearly black. Took me a while ...
