Where did Prg1 go on my SC2?

I messed up a bit, and apparently programmed a new program on my SC2, but for some reason I now can't find Programme 1, which is the one I want to use  
How do I find program 1 again from idle?

If it says IDLE press START, if it then says something else than PROG! press the up arrow button until it says PROG1, then press tthe START button. From then on you just go through your PROG1 program, clicking the START button until it starts..

When I press start from idle, it gives me program 2. How do i find program 1 again?

Thanks Guys! I'm feeling so dumb, I wasn't pressing the up button enough!

Make sure you keep pressing the up arrow and it will go right through all the programmes, including the speed programmes at the end. You should then come full circle, back to the beginning.

For some reason you can only go up. Pressing the down arrow doesn't take you down the list of programmes as you might think.
