put green bit wih metal spike into hole at back so sticks into kiln

plug gray plug from kiln into controller box

plug black cable into mains

switch on ....ready to go....

batch anneal .......load in bead kebabs....press up arrow till pr 2 comes up in main display box ...press start button (green arrow/red square)...will do its stuff

garage programme.....press up arrow till pr1 comes up... press start button...will get to temp (520)...hold  (for 13 hours) and then when you have done your stuff for the session and ready to' cook' ....press up arrow and hold till bleeps and small 2 comes up in box above start button.....and just sit back and let it do its stuff

hope this helps ...good luck

Ok all plugged in!!

Garage Programme.. is this when your making beads and want to fill it before you start to cook? do you have to wait until it reaches 520 before putting any in?

Batch Anneal ... is when you use blanket or vermiclite first ???

What should the tempreture be at its highest for beads?

#5
gararge ....keeping beads at a temperature till ready to cook whole lot ...but in straight from torch.....turn on kiln and then get ready to play ....so will get to temp before you start ...will click on every now and then to maintain temp .......it is programmed to do all this so dont worry about any buttons, tempertures etc ....

batch ........cooking beads already cooled using vermiculite or blanket ...put in cold ...and kiln will heat up slowly ....hold ...then cool. slowly....again programmed to do all this so just let it do its stuff ....
