My new studio

Its taken a while - and its not quite finished yet but I've moved into my new studio (err shed  ;))

This is the shed

This is how it was after the IKEA delivery


And this is today - I need the second part of my ventilation and I've still to put my posters up but I made my first beads in there today  :) :) :)


And I've reclaimed my kitchen for cooking!

Looks brilliant.  I'm having a damn good sort out in mine over the next few weeks as I said in another thread, might even give it a fresh coat of paint too.

At the moment its just the wooden floor. I decided that lino or vinyl was liable to give off fumes and I'm not entirely convinced the floor is flat enough for ceramic tiles. But I'm going to get a strip of non-slip fire retardant floor covering to put as a runner down the middle.

And yes Hazel its insulated - I had to switch my panel heater off yesterday as I was too warm  :)

We definitely need a Maxine owners' club  ;D
