i need a semi transparent version of dark periwinkle / french blue
and a semi transparent version of an emeraldy / mossy / cavey green colour

Tuffnells sell the Reichenbach Mystic Range, which is also shampooey.

How about some of the CIM opals? They are translucent. Might Ming be a good blue? (I have it on order, but have never used it, I'm not sure what colour it comes out)
